Who we are
Fadaie Insurance Services, Inc. is an independent insurance agency with offices in The Woodlands, TX; Aliso Viejo, CA; and DeLand, FL. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.
What we collect when you submit a form
When you request a quote, report a claim, or submit a service request, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, policy number, and any description or files you attach. We collect this to respond to your request, prepare quotes with our carrier partners, and service your policy. The lawful basis is your consent and, where a policy exists, the performance of our contract with you.
What we collect if you allow analytics
If you accept site analytics in the cookie banner, we record how you move through the site: the page you arrived on, the site or campaign that referred you, your device type and browser, the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, and which form fields you interacted with and in what order. This helps us fix what confuses people and lets your agent understand what you were looking for before you got in touch. We never record what you type into a form field, and we do not store your IP address — only a one-way hash of it. If you reject analytics, none of this is recorded.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary: your language preference, your light/dark theme, your accessibility settings, and your cookie choice itself. Analytics (only with your consent): a session identifier and a visitor identifier that let us group your activity into a single journey. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Your submission details are shared with the insurance carriers we approach on your behalf, and with the technology providers who host this site and store the data for us (Vercel and Supabase). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Quote, claim and service submissions are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for the period required by insurance record-keeping rules afterwards. Analytics records are kept for 24 months. Consent records are kept for as long as we rely on the consent, plus a period afterwards so we can demonstrate it was given.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, or object to processing. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time — including by opening Cookie settings in the footer and rejecting analytics. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place. To make any of these requests, email privacy@fadaieinsurance.com or call 877-411-6112. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
